Meet the Team

Dr. Dennis Donoho

Dr. Donoho graduated in 1979 from University of Michigan Dental School.  Prior to attending U of M, Dr. Donoho obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Physiology at Michigan State University.  He has been practicing in the Ypsilanti area since his graduation from dental school.   Dr. Donoho is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and the Washtenaw District Dental Society.  He is also a member of the Francis B. Vedder Crown and Bridge Society.  Education is very important to Dr. Donoho and his dental team. Dentistry is constantly changing with new products and techniques.  They believe in keeping their skills excellent and current, so they are constantly taking dental classes, accumulating 75 to 100 hours annually. 

When Dr. Donoho is not practicing dentistry, he looks forward to spending time with his family and playing his guitar.  Dr. Donoho is also a songwriter and has preformed at several songwriter venues in Nashville.  He also enjoys camping and water sports, especially riding his Sea Doo. 

Dr. Donoho looks forward to getting to know you and to help you obtain your dental goals.  His mission is to help you achieve optimum oral health by providing excellent quality dentistry in a professional, understanding and caring atmosphere.  Your confidence will increase and you will want to laugh and smile more as your dental goals are being met.  Dr. Donoho has treated a lot of wonderful people over the years that he now considers to be friends.  New patients are always welcomed and he looks forward to meeting you.

Alissa - Hygienist

Alissa has worked with the dental team of Washtenaw Dental Associates since 1996. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and is a graduate of the University of Michigan (2004). Alissa was previously a dental assistant with 8yrs experience. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association.  When not at work, Alissa enjoys working out at the gym, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany - Hygienist

From Muskegon, MI; Tiffany is a B.S. Graduate of the University of Michigan (2005); where she held a two-year position on the Student Council, serving as the Clinic Representative for her class. She also represented her class/profession as Secretary of the Ethics Review Committee; as well as being deemed an Honorary Founder of the Student National Dental Hygienists Association (U of M Chapter). Tiffany currently co-works for the University of Michigan’s Medical School (Internal Med.– Rheumatology Division) engaging in Biomedical Research; and is a Semi-Professional basketball player with the Women’s Blue Chip Basketball League, as a player for the Detroit Blackhawks. A fun-loving personality with a passion for treating not just oral health, but overall health as well. “I believe every great SMILE starts on the INSIDE.”

Dreama - Scheduling Coordinator

Dreama grew up in Ypsilanti and joined the team at Washtenaw Dental Associates in 1995 where she is the Scheduling Coordinator. She can also be found assisting from time to time. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Washtenaw Community College in 1982 and has been in dentistry since that time. She is a wife and mother of two wonderful daughters. Outside the office, she helps pastor a local church. She has gone on mission trips to Ethiopia, which she dearly loves, and will continue to do as often as she can. She has a passion to see lives change for the better and has found that a smile means the same in every language.

Mary - Financial Coordinator

Mary has worked in the dental field for 14 years, six of them at Washtenaw Dental Associates. She is our Financial/Insurance Coordinator. Mary looks forward to helping you attain your dental goals by maximizing your insurance benefits.

On her free time she likes to spend her time with her husband of 26 years and her two wonderful dogs. Mary’s hobbies are gardening, motorcycling with her husband and billiards.
